My website is currently going through a little minor construction along with my blog. I am updating pictures and adding new graphics....plus I have learned a few more photoshop tricks that I want to try out!
The pictures posted on my Blog will be getting a new watermark for copyright reasons. The pictures will be posted back on my Blog soon!
OWNERSHIP RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Photographer and Client agree that unless stated otherwise, Photographer owns all copy and reproduction rights. Client agrees to not reproduce or copy any proof or other photograph of the event, taken by Photographer, without Photographer’s written permission. Any unauthorized reproduction of proofs, or failure to return the proof’s to Photographer, (if applicable) will subject Client to any and all applicable civil penalties.
