Introducing the Payton Trio....Kendra, Kaven, and Logan. I have never seen such well behaved siblings in all my life. They were a little quiet at first, but once they warmed up to me.....well they were still quiet, but seemed to be more comfortable in front of the camera! Meet Ms Tori my Mooresville Senior Rep. This sweet gal has the best personality and the perfect location to shoot her senior session! Ellis Sisters

 There is never a dull moment with the Ellis Girls!  I always get excited when I receive a phone call from Carla asking me to do their pictures!! Theses girls make me laugh throughout the entire shoot to the point where it hurts to smile when I'm done. Such beautiful girls and it is always a pleasure taking their pictures. The Future Mr. & Mrs. Wilson....

 The last blog of the evening goes to Dave & Lindsey. This lovely couple is getting hitched in October!!!.....and I am so looking forward to shooting their wedding. What can I say about this group....great models, great weather, and perfect lighting = one successful photo shoot. Ez-Monster

Next up is Little Ez-Monster.....and don't worry I don't really think he is a monster...this fella is too stinkin' adorable to be a monster. I have been shooting Ezra since birth and its always a pleasure watching him grow and capturing it on my camera. This guy is going to be a little heart-breaker with those gorgeous blue eyes. Little Jacob

Who knew August would be such a busy month for me. With school starting just last week and TONS of sessions to edit I am once again playing catch-up. First up is Mr Personality...aka...Jacob. This little guy has more facial expressions than I could imagine. He is very animated and lets you know what he is thinking just by his face. It was so much fun chasing him around and I am not sure who was more tired at the end of his shoot....me or him? A big "Thank You" to his mommy and grandma for helping me during his shoot. Children's Portrait Contest

BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND...

Kelly Ann Photography presents the 4th annual Children's Portrait Contest. The contest is $45.00 as well as a $5.00 charge for each additional child you wish to enter within your immediate family. The price includes 1 hour of photographer's time and talent; 1-2 outfit changes, and an 8x10 portrait of your choice. Please note that the 8x10 portrait you select will also be the picture selected for judging.

The contest will be divided into four age groups: (1-3), (4-6), (7-9), and (10-12). The winner of each age group will receive a  $25.00 gift card to Toys R Us, and the parents will receive a high resolution DVD with all the pictures from your child's session including a copyright release to print as many prints and sizes your heart desires, (a $250.00 value). And not to mention the winners will be featured on my website. So what do you have to lose?

I will be scheduling appointments now until August 31st. The winners will be announced around the second week of September. The appointments will be made on a first come first serve basis so book your appointment fast so you don't miss out on this awesome opportunity!

Presenting the Future Mr. and Mrs. White

Could it be any hotter?...and I'm not talking about the weather, even though it was a scorcher the day of this shoot. This good-looking couple was super fun to hang with and were very natural in front of the camera. They were so patient with me and this heat and I couldn't have asked for a better shoot.
