Pemberton Family Sneak Peak

Finally!!! My computer is back in action and now its time to play catch up! haha
The first of many sneak peaks is the Pemberton Family. Couldn't have asked for better weather or a more photogenic family! Thank you for allowing me to take pictures of your family. Thank you so much for your patience. I am hoping to have your CD ready in the next couple days!!

Children's Portrait Contest Winners......

I want to "Thank" all the parents for their patience while the judging was being wrapped up. It was such a close competition this year with a lot of the participants being neck and neck that I had to extend the judging. With so many adorable children its hard to just pick out one winner for each age group. They are all just so darn cute. Another special "Thank You" goes out to all the companies that helped judge this contest.

Children's Portrait Contest Update

Thank you to everyone who participated in the Children's Portrait Contest and making this year the biggest turn out yet!

Here is the update on the Contest:

All the sneak peaks are now up. I am working like maniac trying to get the remainder sessions edited and uploaded to my website so your patience is much appreciated. :)

If your session is already up and you have not selected your complimentary 8x10 to be judged, please do so as soon as possible.

Generally the contest winners are announced the second week of October, but since I am behind on editing and I am still waiting on 8x10 selections it is being pushed back at least two weeks. I am hoping winners will be announced by the end of October or first week in November; however, I will try and keep everyone updated on the process. In the mean time if you have any questions or concerns please don't hesitate to contact me.

The Minnich Kids

Mariah-Mooresville Senior Rep

Children Sessions, Senior Sessions, Maternity Sessions....its been a busy busy week, but not too busy to get some awesome shots of my Mooresville Senior Rep, Ms. Mariah. Despite the cold we had a lot of fun at her shoot. She is a natural in front of the camera which makes my job so much easier. All I can say is that I feel sorry for the people responsible for judging this contest because there are so many good-looking kids and Michael is no exception! This handsome little guy was a natural in front of the camera. All his mom had to do was mention his girlfriend and he smiled! How cute!! I took a small break from shooting for the Children's Portrait Contest to squeeze in Sean's Senior Session. Sean is my senior rep from Southport. It's been so long since I've had a senior session that I forgot how much fun they are. I know most guys don't like getting their pictures taken, but Sean was a good sport! I had the opportunity to shoot Drew's session for the Children's Portrait Contest yesterday. Drew was so much fun at his shoot and absolutely loves being in front and behind the camera. We took turns taking pictures and he's not bad! Maybe he will be my little assistant some day! :)

Well he has finally arrived weighing in at over 9lbs.....Mr. Gavin Matthew. It's hard to believe that these are his newborn pictures. It seems like only yesterday I was doing Mommy's maternity shoot.
